Gods

Egyptian Gods:

Anubis: Gate keeper of the under world, and god of embalming. also called Anpu, ancient Egyptian god of the dead, represented by a jackal or the figure of a man with the head of a jackal. In the Early Dynastic period he enjoyed a preeminent position as lord of the dead, but he was later overshadowed by Osiris.

Horus:An early avian god who became one of the most important deities in ancient Egypt. Associated with the sun, sky, and power, Horus became linked with the king of Egypt as early as the First Dynasty.

Osiris:Lord and judge of the dead, one of the First Five gods born of Nut at the dawn of creation, and one of the most popular and enduring gods of Egypt. His name means powerful or mighty. Osiris was originally a fertility god who grew in popularity and influence through the Myth in which he is killed by his brother, Set, and brought back to life by his wife Isis, and his father, the sky god Horus, and he descends to the underworld as Judge of the Dead.

Thoth: Egyptian God of magick and wisdom.

Greek Gods:

Dionysus: Greek/Roman God of wine, ritual ecstasy, agriculture, music, theatre, and communication between living and dead.

Pan: Greek nature God, Horned God, god of shepherds and flocks, wild forests and fields, virility, fertility and spring. He is also known as the trickster god.

Norse Gods:

Thor: Thor was Odin’s most widely known son. He was the protector of humanity and the powerful god of thunder who wielded a hammer named Mjöllnir. Among the Norse gods, he was known for his bravery, strength, healing powers and righteousness.

Odin: The supreme deity of Norse mythology and the greatest among the Norse gods was Odin, the Allfather of the Aesir. He was the awe-inspiring ruler of Asgard, and most revered immortal, who was on an unrelenting quest for knowledge with his two ravens, two wolves and the Valkyries. He is the god of war and, being delightfully paradoxical, the god of poetry and magic. He is famous for sacrificing one of his eyes in order to be able to see the cosmos more clearly and his thirst for wisdom saw him hang from the World Tree, Yggdrasil, for nine days and nine nights until he was blessed with the knowledge of the runic alphabet. His unyielding nature granted him the opportunity to unlock numerous mysteries of the universe.
