How Homework Works

Homework is never mandatory. It is only there to help give you resources for learning on your own. During class I will always ask about homework and give you time for questions, comments and critiques. Feel free to message me and ask any questions that you have about the homework. Homework will have no due date, except when we are collecting materials needed for class. Look through the Homework section on the website and complete any homework assignment that interests you. Below are a few guidelines for classes, discussion questions, volunteer work, quizzes and exams.

1. You should start to do the meditation homework everyday, even if it’s only for ten minutes. It will really help with progressing in class, and also with your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

2. You should participate in the discussion questions in the Facebook group every week. Scroll all the way down, through the group posts and start answering discussion questions weekly.

3. You should come to one class every 2 months at least. So that you can have access to hands on learning, meet everyone who attends the academy, participate in class discussion, join class activities, and practice your craft with other students. (One class every two months is the only thing that is mandatory, as well as one DiviNation volunteer project from the volunteer page, every two months.)

4. Remember that the only things that are mandatory, are class attendance once every two months, and 1 DiviNation volunteer project every two months. Everything else is completely optional.

5. Find a certification program that interests you and work towards a certification in that field.
